Greensboro is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Greensboro follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

First time trying this place out as we heard about how the banh mi are so good. The owner lady is super sweet she made sure to acknowledge us if we need help with anything. We order 6 special #2, thai tea slushy, coconut boba tea, and 2 vietnamese mung bean desserts.

Banh Mi Saigon, is the ultimate road trip pit stop. If you are traveling through Greensboro, Banh Mi Saigon is a must visit, shop for authentic, fresh Vietnamese eats. The Banh mi sandwiches are exceptional with shatteringly crisp on the outside, airy on the inside, and completely fresh. Pro-Tip: If you have a long drive ahead, ask to have the veggies packed separately on the side so the bread stays perfectly crisp for the road. Don't leave without checking out their fantastic selection of grab and go treats, perfect for fueling the rest of your trip for the freshly prepared, travel friendly spring rolls, refreshing layered jellos and traditional Vietnamese desserts, and the creamy, house made fresh soy milk. With incredible quality and a great market selection, Banh Mi Saigon is bound to become your mandatory ritual whenever you are driving through Greensboro.

I went with a Vietnamese. He recommended this. This is his go-to-place for Banh Mi. He said it was good. After tasting the banh mi , i can say that he was correct. It was good. We bought #2 and #10. I prefer #10 but #2 is also good if you want to try Authentic Basic Banh Mi. We also had summer rolls. It was so good that i wanted more. The peanut saice was perfect. I also had Mango Smoothie. It was good too, not too sweet. Just right. Their place is clean. Plenty of light goes through inside the place. The staff was nice and accomodating. All three of them, my friend said - he's a regular here.

I was expecting more from this place. We got the # 2 Saigon special and # 4 barbecue pork subs. The bread was very dry. I know it's supposed to be airy, but this was verging on stale. The ends felt like croutons. The barbecue pork was very smoky. It was very strong. Tho I really liked the the pickled carrots and cilantro. It tasted like pho in a sandwich, which I loved. Just wish the pork wasn't the only thing I could taste. However, the meat choices were... Interesting. I had a slice of what I could only describe as salami made of all the trash parts of a pig. It had many chunks of cartilage mixed in. It was quite hard and very unpleasant to chew. Overall, not the most enjoyable meal.

My life has been CHANGED. The banh mi sandwiches here are HEAVENLY. The bread is crunchy but also airy. Veggies are fresh and crisp. They don’t skimp on portions. Each bite is just a flavor explosion. I got the Banh Mi New Orleans. Banh Mi is typically served with luncheon meat but there are options with grilled pork, beef, and, chicken. Service is quick and exceptional. This little hole in the restaurant is a true Greensboro gem. I also got the Che Sam Bo Luong and while it wasn’t my cup of tea, I enjoyed getting to taste some authentic Vietnamese flavors. Would definitely recommend coming here for a bite to eat!
